This notice explains what Morrow, PLLC ("Morrow") collects through morrowcounsel.com, how Morrow uses it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Information you share as a client is governed by your engagement letter and the professional duties of a lawyer.

What Morrow collects

Information you send. When you use the contact form, Morrow receives your name, email address, company if you give it, and your message. When you email Morrow, it receives what you write and your email details. When you book a call, Google collects your name, email and any note you add, and shares them with Morrow.

Information collected automatically. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page viewed, the referring site, browser and device type, page load times and an approximate country. It does not use cookies, store identifiers on your device, or track you across other websites. Cloudflare also hosts the site, so it processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and block attacks.

The site sets no cookies. It uses no advertising pixels, social media plugins or session recording.

How Morrow uses it

  • To reply to you and, after a conflict check, tell you whether Morrow can help.
  • To schedule and hold calls you book.
  • To keep the conflict-of-interest records that lawyers are required to maintain.
  • To see which pages are useful, and to keep the site secure and working.
  • To meet legal and professional obligations and protect Morrow's legal rights.

Morrow does not sell personal information. It does not share it for targeted advertising or with other companies for their own marketing.

Who receives it

Morrow uses a few service providers that handle information on its behalf:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting, security and visit statistics.
  • Resend, which delivers contact-form messages to Morrow's inbox.
  • Google Workspace, for Morrow's email and calendar, including the booking page.

Morrow may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect its rights or someone's safety. Information may also pass to a successor if the practice changes hands, under the rules that govern law firms.

How long Morrow keeps it

Morrow keeps inquiries and related email as long as it needs them to respond and keep accurate records. Names of the people and companies who contact the firm, and of parties they mention, stay in Morrow's conflict records. Cloudflare keeps analytics data under its own limits.

Your choices

You can ask what Morrow holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask Morrow to delete it. Email counsel@morrowcounsel.com, and Morrow will respond within 30 days. Morrow may keep what it must retain, such as conflict records, and will tell you if it does.

You can browse the site without sending any personal information. The analytics use no cookies, so there is nothing to switch off in your browser.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

No one collects information about your activity across other websites through this site. The site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. There is no cross-site tracking or sale for those signals to stop.

Please hold back confidential details

Please don't send confidential or sensitive information until Morrow confirms it has no conflict and can help. The Terms of Use explain why.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections, and Morrow limits who can see inquiries. No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is meant for businesses, not children. Morrow does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Visitors outside the United States

Morrow is a US firm, and this site is run from the United States. Information you send is processed there.

Other sites

The booking page is run by Google, and links to sites such as LinkedIn lead to other companies. Their own privacy policies apply there.
